Preparation Time:5-10 minutes Ingredients: 1 Cup Beetroot (cut into cubes) 1 Cup Baby spinach 1 apple 2 Bananas 1 Cup Milk (Plant Based or regular mild) 5-6 Dates (Preferably Mejdool) 1 tb spoon Peanut Butter Method: Transfer all the ingredients in a High-speed mixer grinder. Grind until you have the required consistency. Mix ½ cup water if the smoothie is too thick. Transfer into your smoothie Jar and your breakfast is sorted. Enjoy your smoothie!
