5 minute slow jog warm-up, 1 minute hard run (should feel like you have to stop at the end of the minute but not have to stop before the end of the minute), 45 seconds recovery (you can completely stop) and repeat 10 times. Slow jog 5 minute cools down. Don’t forget to stretch and make yourself some recovery nutrition!
