Ingredients needed
Banana - 1/2
Avocado - 1
Sugar - 1tsp
Cinnamon powder a pinch(optional)
water - 1 cup
mango 1/2
dates 2
cashew 5
Method
1. Add all the ingredients in the blender or mixer grinder.
2. Blend as smooth. Smoothie is ready. Happy Cooking!
