Ingredients
Ripe bananas are best suited for a luscious banana shake.
1 Cup Milk
1 Banana, chopped
1 1/2tsp Sugar
2 pinch Cardamom Powder
1 drop Vanilla Essence.
Top with a pinch of cardamom for flavour.
Method.
Put the milk, banana, vanilla essence, sugar, banana into a blender. Whizz everything up until smooth, then pour into a glass.
Ready for Serving !
