Ube Decadence Dessert
Ingredients
1 pack (250ml) All Purpose Cream
1 Big can(370ml) Evaporated Milk
2 1/2 Tbsp Unflavored White Gelatin Powder
1 cup Sugar
1 cup Water
1 Tbsp Vanilla
Ube Halaya
Procedure
1. Grate chilled Ube Halaya. Put grated ube halaya(purple yam) at the bottom of each ice cream cups. Set aside.
2. In a pot combine gelatin powder, sugar, evaporated milk, all-purpose cream, water and vanilla. Mix well. Turn on stove and stir over medium heat until it boils.
3. Pour mixture about 3/4 of each ice cream cups. Then let it cool to set. Once it set, top with grated ube halaya. Cover and chill before serving.
Yields: 12 pieces
