Ingredients
For the cake
340 gm AP Flour
2 gm baking powder
1/2 cup salt
220 gm unsalted butter
340 gm powdered sugar
2 large eggs
1 cup milk
1/2 cup Juzt Jelly
1/2 cup Juzt Jelly Fruity Bears
Ingredients for Dressing
250 gm white fondant
250 gm red fondant
200 gm butter cream
1 ½ cup of Juzt Jelly
1 ½ cup of Juzt Jelly Fruity Bears
½ cup of Juzt Jelly Cola Bottles
Method:
1. For the cake cream together the butter, sugar, next add the eggs & milk & mix well.
2. Now add the flour, baking powder & mix well.
3. Transfer to a cake mould & bake at 165C for 40 mins.
4. Prepare 2 cake like this & refrigerate over night.
5. Next stack cakes & cover with fondant, make a cut along with side of the cake.
6. Apply butter cream & arrange the Juzt Jelly pieces as required.
