Ingredients
Beef — 1 kg
Onion — 6 to 7 nos
Garlic — 19 to 20 nos
Lemon - half slice
Red chili powder — 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Gram dal-250 grams
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Method
First we have to cut and wash the beef.
Drain and set aside.
Take a pan, add cleaned beef, turmeric powder and salt.
Mix them well and add the sufficient amount of water and mix again.
Then place the pan on heat, cover and cook them well.
Then peel the onion and garlic and set aside.
Wash them well and set aside.
Then chopped the onion and set aside.
Then crush the garlic and set aside.
Remove the lid and check whether the beef is well cooked or not.
Once it is well cooked, remove from the fire and set aside.
Then transfer the beef onto a plate and set aside.
Then crush the beef and set a side.
Heat oil in a pan and add crushed beef.
Fry them well till they become crispy.
Drain and transfer it into a bowl.
Again, add the chopped onion and fry it well and transfer it into a bowl.
Then add gram dal and fry them well.
Drain and transfer it into a bowl.
Again add crushed garlic and curry leaves.
Fry them well, drain and transfer them into a bowl.
On the top, add red chili powder, salt and lemon juice.
Combine them well and set aside.
Serve the tasty beef mixture with tea or coffee.
