HOW TO MAKE SIMPOL ORANGE CHICKEN

INGREDIENTS
1/2 kilo chicken, cut into pieces
cooking oil, for frying
For the Marinade:
1 tablespoon fish sauce
1 teaspoon vinegar
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon black pepper
For the batter:
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup flour
2 tablespoons cornstarch
For the orange glaze:
1 tablespoon oil
3 tablespoons margarine
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1/2 bottle Jufran Sweet Chili Sauce
2 tablespoons orange juice powder, diluted in water
black pepper
chopped spring onions, for garnish
