* 4–5 medium russet or Yukon Gold potatoes, diced
* oil
* 2½ tbsp olive oil or melted butter
* 1 tsp salt
* ½ tsp black pepper
* 1 tsp garlic powder
* 1 tsp onion powder
* 1 tsp smoked paprika
* 1 tsp Cooking with Tammy All-Purpose Seasoning
* 1 tsp chicken bouillon
Ground Beef Topping
* 1½ lbs ground beef (80/20) drain the excess oil
* 1 shallot diced or 1 onion diced
* salt to taste
* Black pepper, to taste
* 1 tsp garlic powder
* 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
* 1 tsp smoked paprika (optional but recommended)
* 2 tbsp tomato paste
* 1 red bell pepper, diced
* 1 green bell pepper, diced
* 1 tbsp Cooking with Tammy All-Purpose Seasoning
* 1 tsp beef bouillon
* 1/8 cup water if necessary
