High Protein Meal Prep Lemon Garlic Chicken Kebabs! You don’t have to eat plain chicken & rice to be healthy! This is a prime example that you can have so much flavour in your meals and still make progress towards your fitness goals! Plus it’s incredibly easy to make and in particular great to prep for the week ahead??? Macros per serving (4 servings total) 478 Calories - 53g protein | 48g carbs | 8g fat Ingredients (for 4 servings) - 4 chicken breast cut into cubes (10 cubes per chicken breast, 4-5 cubes per skewer) - 4 garlic cloves minced - 1 tbsp Paprika - 1 tbsp dried Parsley - 1 tsp Turmeric - 1 tsp Salt & Pepper - 1 Lemon Juiced - 50-80g fat free or low fat Yogurt (Brand: Milbona) - Olive Oil for cooking Mix & marinate then place into skewers Mint Sauce: - 200g fat free Yogurt (Brand: Milbona) - A good handful fresh Mint or dried Mint - 4 Garlic cloves - 1/2 tsp Salt & Pepper - 1/4 Lemon Juice Blend till smooth Golden Rice: - 208g Uncooked Basmati Rice - 1/2 chopped Onion and Bell Pepper - 1 tsp Turmeric, Cumin, Paprika, Salt - 416ml Water Bring to a light bubble then lower the heat and cover for 8 mins till fully cooked Distribute into 4 equal portions then Serve & Enjoy!
