One Pot White Chicken Curry Recipe
Ingredients for 4 serving
Chicken (normal cut) - 600 gm
Rock salt - as per your taste
Hung curd ( little sour) - 1/4 cup
Green chili & coriander leaves paste - 2 tbsp
Whole lemon juice - 1 piece
Garam masala powder - 1tsp
Ginger garlic paste - 2 tbsp
Coriander powder - 2 tsp
Cumin powder - 1 tsp
Onion paste - 1 large size
Sliced onion - 1 large size
Mustard oil to cook the chicken
1. Firstly add all the ingredients in the chicken. Mix them all together and marinate for 2 hours.
2. After 2 hours, chicken is ready to cook.
3. Now add cumin, mustard, raw garam masala, Curry leaves and chopped garlic into the oil and fry for a minute.
4. Add the marinated chicken into the oil and cook for 30-35 minutes on low flame. Use the lid during the cooking.
5. Add coriander leaves & green chili at the end.
6. Your one pot white chicken is ready, enjoy ?.
