Then cut coconut and pistachios and add to the bread slices and roll it. Now cook milk. Once the milk is boiled add sugar, condensed milk, custard powder, ground green cardamoms, cream and whole dried milk. Cook well. Once the mixture gets thick, turn off the flame. Then place bread rolls in a dish. Now add milk mixture and garnish with almonds, pistachios, silver paper and cherries on top. Lastly serve chilled. Bihari Qeema Aalu: Ingredients: Chicken mince ½ kg Yogurt ½ cup Papaya paste 1 tbsp Onions 2 Tomatoes 2 Potatoes ½ kg Ginger garlic 1 tbsp Fennel seeds 1 tbsp Cumin seeds 1 tsp Coriander seeds 1 tbsp Salt ½ tsp Red chili powder 2 tsp Turmeric powder 1 tsp Nutmeg ½ tsp Mace ½ tsp Coconut 1 tbsp Curry leaves 6 Oil 1 cup Green chilies as required Fresh coriander as required Coal 1 piece Method: On an skillet pan roast all the whole spices and grind it. Then in the yogurt add grinded spices, papaya paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, salt, nutmeg, mace and coconut. Mix well. Now add yogurt mixture in the chicken and marinate it well. Then heat oil and fry onions. Now add ginger garlic, tomatoes and potatoes. Cook well. Then add marinated chicken, cover and cook until the chicken is cooked. Give smoke of a coal. Lastly add green chilies and fresh coriander. Serve hot with parathas. Masoor Daal Chawal: Ingredients: Red lentil (boiled) 2 cups Rice (boiled) ½ kg Onion 1 Tomatoes 4 Ginger garlic 1 tbsp Cumin seeds 1 tsp Coriander powder 1 tsp Red chili powder 1 tsp Turmeric powder ½ tsp Salt 1 tsp All spice powder 1 tsp Mint leaves 1 bunch Oil ½ cup Green chilies 6 Fresh coriander 1 bunch Method: Heat oil and fry onion. Then add ginger garlic, tomatoes, cumin seeds, red chili powder, turmeric powder, salt, coriander powder and all spice powder. Cook well. Now boiled red lentil and mix well. Then add green chilies, fresh coriander and mint leaves. Mix well. Now boiled rice, cover and cook for about 20 minutes. Lastly dish out and serve hot.
