Full recipe in my blog Chickpea Cherry Chocolate Bars - the easiest (and tastiest) thing ever! . .ESPRESSO CHOCOLATE ALMONDS ?NO SUGAR espresso chocolate almonds that require ❌NO BAKING. Just 5 minutes in the fridge and self restraint for that 5 minutes is all you need. LOL Ingredients: 1 cup unsweetened chocolate 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder 2-3 Tbsp instant coffee 2 scoops of @furtherfood's Chocolate Collagen (code: lilsipper) 2 cups raw almonds (or cashews) Melt chocolate. In a separate bowl, mix cocoa powder, instant coffee, and Chocolate Collagen and set aside. Toss Almonds in melted chocolate, then toss in powder mixture to coat. Lay out almonds on a lined baking sheet and refrigerate 5 minutes until chocolate hardens. DONE! Follow me on Instagram!
