Bhapa Doi is a Traditional Bengali Steamed Yogurt pudding. Doi stands for curd in Bengali and bhapa means steamed or baked, hence the name bhapa doi. It is a different kind of sweet and is very easy to make. You need just 2 ingredients - 1 liter of full fat milk and a sweetener which can be jaggery/sugar/palm sugar. Topping it with nuts is optional but I strongly recommend to do so as it gives a nice crunch in between. Do try and leave your feedback in the comment section.
