An easy fruit payasam recipe for my lovely viewers.
Ingredients
1. Biriyani rice/white rice crushed in the consistency of Rava
2. Pineapple, banana, apple
3. Sugar
4. Cardomom
5. Milk and milkmaid
6. raisins, nuts and ghee
Method
1. Cook the crushed rice in little water without lumps
2. Into this add fruits cooked in sugar
3. Add milk to the pan
4. Add crushed cardomom
5. Add sugar to taste and you can also add little milkmaid at this point
6. The payasam is ready. Fry nuts and raisins in ghee and add to the payasam
Serve hot or cold
