Recipe contains:
Frozen -
Leafy greens like spinach and kale.
Cruciferous veggies like broccoli.
Fruits like frozen banana and oranges.
One can use fresh leafy greens and fresh seasonal fruits as well.
Spices -
Organic turmeric - One teaspoon
Organic powdered Ceylon Cinnamon - One teaspoon
Organic Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
Himalayan Pink salt - As needed for taste
Omega 3 - 1/4 cup Flaxseeds and 1/4 cup Chia seeds.
Pea Protein - 1/4 cup (optional)
Lemon juice
Water until greens are filled in the blender.
Blend until smooth, depending upon the type of blender one is using. In Vitamix it takes 2 minutes to obtain smooth consistency.
