I made an delicious dessert with few ingredients which you have them already in your pantry . Is done in under 15 min and its so yummy . Give it a try and this will be one of your favourit dessert .
Ingredients :
2 cups semolina ( 2 cani gris )
1 litre milk ( 1 litru lapte )
1 thin condensed milk ( 1 conserva lapte condensat )
1 thin evaporated milk ( 1 conserva lapte evaporat )
1 tsp kewra water ( 1 lingurita apa kewra )
2 tsp vanilla essence ( 2 lingurite esenta de vanilie )
1 tsp rose syrup/essence/water ( 1 lingurita sirop de trandafiri sau esente sau apa de trandafiri )
100 g dark chocolate ( 100 g ciocolata neagra )
Method :
First start by preparing and measuring all the ingredients , bring them handy next to you .
In a non stick pot over medium to high flame mix the semolina and milk . Bring it to simmer about 5 minutes and it will get thick also .
Now pour the condensed milk and stir just to combine them , pour the evaporated milk also and stir continously . Cook for 5 minutes .
Turn off the heat and remove 3 saddles from the pudding into another small pot , we will use it in a bit .
Add the vanilla , rose syrup and kewra water and stir well . set aside .
In the small pot pour 50 ml milk and stir well for a minute over high flame . Turn off heat and add the chocolate and vanilla , stir .
Assemble it how you like , be free to play with your imagination , i just showed you how i done one way which is quick and look nice .
