My Favorite Go to Healthy Easy GREEN Smoothie Recipe (VEGAN)
In this video, I’m sharing with you my favorite go to healthy vegan green smoothie recipe I drink every morning. This recipe is easy, delicious, and I personally like getting my greens in my body first thing when I wake up.
For Single (1 serving) The ingredients you need are:
• 1 cup filtered or spring water
• 1 cup chopped romaine lettuce
• 2 cups chopped baby spinach
• ½ cup chopped celery
• 1 small pear chopped (or ½ of a large one)
• ½ banana
• 1 Tbs. fresh lemon juice (I use ½ of a lemon)
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender.
