~Recipe~
2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1 cup non-dairy chocolate chips. (optional)
3/4 cup cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 cup vegetable oil
1 cup non-dairy milk,
1 tsp vanilla extract
-Bake at 350F for 25-30 minutes
-Let brownies cool completely before cutting
