MEASUREMENTS & RECIPE LINKS :

Dill Chicken Burgers
-2 green onions, chopped
-1 lb of ground chicken
-1 cup of shredded pepper jack cheese
-1/4 cup of mayonnaise
-1/2 tsp salt
-1/2 tsp of pepper
-1/2 tsp of dill
-a few tbsp of olive oil to cook in
-brioche buns (toasted)
I sliced avocado on mine and it’s amazing! Great Flavors together

Parmesan Crusted Chicken
-2 large chicken breast sliced in half to make 4
-season with salt pepper and garlic powder on both sides… season with your heart here!
-1/2 cup of flour
-2 beaten eggs
-1/2 cup of panic bread crumbs
-1/2 cup of grated parmesan
-1 tsp of italian seasoning
-a few tbsp of olive oil for cooking
I saved with a package of Knorr creamy shells and french style green beans

Pizza Chicken
-2 large chicken breasts cut in half to make 4
-sliced mushrooms
-sliced green pepper
-red onion
-jalapenos
-Turkey pepperoni
-pizza sauce about 1 cup
-season chicken with garlic powder, salt and pepper, season with your heart!
-Shredded mozzarella cheese…1 to 1 1/2 cups
You can add any of your favorite pizza seasonings!!

Creamy Chicken Casserole

What I changed:
-In the Marinade I add less milk. I add 1 cup instead of 1 and 1/3 cup along with adding a few shakes of pepper
-For the Flour Mixture I add 1 cup instead of 3/4 cup of flour. I add 1 tsp of garlic powder, and 1/4 tsp of salt! I reduce the salt!
-I cook the mushrooms with the chicken.
-For the cream mixture I added 1 (10 oz) can of cream of chicken and 1 (10 oz) can of cream of mushroom. Honestly wouldn’t hurt to use reduced sodium cream of chicken/cream of mushroom… and I reduce the salt to 1/2 tsp, add 1/4 tsp of garlic powder.
-I use less bacon. 1/2 Pack is a lot but you can add whatever you see fit:)
-I do not transfer to a casserole dish, I keep mine in the cast iron skillet and add the cream in there and transfer the whole thing to the oven, and I wait to add any cheese or bacon until after the first 30 minutes. And I don’t see a need to cover it. After the 30 minutes then I add cheese and bacon and cook for another 10 minutes to melt the cheese.
*Serve with mashed potatoes and steamed asparagus!!
