Put into coolingrack prick with folk

For , Creamy chocolate topping
In a bowl add cornflour, cocoapowder,vanilla powder or assense, sugar , 1/2 cup water , 1.5 cup milk mix well , cook until thick consistency
Stir continuously around 5 to 6 mints

Then pour into bake and roomtep cake
Dust cocoapowder around 2 tbsp on top
Put into refrigerator atleast 4 hours then serve

Custard Cake without oven
Velvety Custard Delight . CREAMY Custard overloaded Cake without Cream

Step1:
In a bowl put 2 room temperature eggs beat well then add sugar &oil.
Sifted dry ingredients flour + baking powder, sifted well then add into liquid ingredients add 1 table spoon of vanilla extract now pour this mixture into a pyrex dish bake it into a oven for 25 to 30 minutes.

Step2:
Boil 1/2 litre milk.with 1/2 cup sugar
Then 1/2 cup custard powder easily available in super markets.
Make it a paste in 1/2 cup milk then add this paste into the boiling milk then stir continuously around 5 to 8 minutes now pour this custard into the cake (custard must be runny not thick and cake must be in room temperature not hot) now sprinkle the almonds or whatever you like
it’s your wish you can serve chilled or hot it’s up to your taste buds.

Now time to assemble .take a serving dish assemble rusk properly.pour half sugar syrup on rusks.then spread the milk mixture evenly.sprinkle tutti Frutti & nuts .now arrange rusk layer again, pour sugar syrup.spread milk mixture sprinkle chopped dry fruits.cover with cling wrap put in fridge for 3-4 hours.then serve.
