1/2 cup coconut milk
1/2 cup water
1tsp ginger
1 cup frozen pineapple
*opt: 1tbsp chia seeds

~Oatmeal Peanut Butter~
1/4 cup oatmeal
1 frozen banana
1tbsp peanut butter
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp salt
1/2 cup ice
1/2 almond milk
*opt: 1 scoop protein powder

~Orange Carrot Ginger~
1 frozen banana
1 cup orange slices
1/3 cup grated carrots
1/2 cup almond milk
1/2 tsp ginger
1/2 cup ice

~Lemon Blueberry~
1 frozen banana
1 cup frozen blueberries
1/4 oats
1/2 tsp lemon zest
1/2 tbsp lemon juice
3/4 cup almond milk
*opt: 1/2 cup almonds

~Zesty Green Apple~
1 cup spinach
3/4 cup almond milk
1 frozen banana
1/2 green apple
1tbsp lemon juice
1tbsp honey or agave
1/2 cup pineapple
1/2 cup ice

~Berry Avocado Spinach~
1 cup frozen mixed berries
1 handful of spinach
1 cup water
1/4 avocado
*opt: 1tbsp chia seeds

~Cucumber Kiwi Avocado~
1 cup water
1 cup cucumber
1 kiwi
1/4 avocado
1 tbsp almond butter

~Chocolate Protein~
3/4 cup almond milk
1/2 cup ice
2tbsp almond butter
1/2 tbsp vanilla extract
2tbsp CACAO powder
*sub cacao for chocolate protein
*opt: 1tbsp chia seeds
