Wishing you all a very happy Navratri i!!! So on this holy occasion of this Navratri today I’ll be sharing 9 different VRAT SPECIAL recipes which keep you energetic during these fasting days.

1. Lauki ki Kheer:
Milk – ½ ltr
Lauki – ½ kg (grated)
Condense Milk – 2 tbsp
Sugar – 2 tbsp (as per taste)
Cardamom – as per taste

2. Sabudana Aloo tikki
Aloo – 2 Medium (boiled)
Sabudhana – ½ cup (soaked in water)
Sendha Namak – As per taste
Black pepper – 1 pinch
Ground nuts – ½ cup
Ghee – 4 tbsp

3. Aloo Lollipops
Aloo – 250 gm (small)
Jeera – 1 tsp
Black Pepper – 2-3
Green chilli – 1-2
Sendha Namak – As per taste
Black pepper – 1 pinch
Ghee – 4 tbsp

4. Kuttu ka Chilla

Kuttu ka atta – 1 cup
Cucumber – 2 tbsp (grated)
Carrot – 1 tbsp
Green chilli – 1-2
Sendha Namak – As per taste
Black pepper – 1 pinch
Ghee – 4 tbsp

5 Mathe wale arbi:
Arbi – ½ kg
Green chilli – 1-2
Curd – ½ cup
Sedha Namak – as per taste
Ghee – 2 tbsp

6 Sweet Potato Salad
Sweet potatoes – 2 Medium
Lemon Juice – 1 tbsp
Sedha Namak – as per taste

7. Mango Smoothie
Mango – 1 medium
Curd – ½ cup
Sugar – 2 tbsp
Dry fruits – as per taste

8. Sabudana khichadi
Sabudana – 100 gm
Peanut – 200 gm
Black Pepper – 1/4 tsp
Potato – 1 large (chopped)
Tomatoes – 2 medium (chopped)
Cumin – 1tsp
Green Chilli – 2 chopped
Sendha Namak /Rock Salt – 2 tsp or as per taste
Coriander leaves
Ghee – 2 tbsp

9. Kuttu ki Poori
Kuttu ka atta – 1 cup
Ghee – to fry
