Ingredients :
Beef – 500 g

For pressure cooking beef:
Pepper powder – 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
Garam masala – 1/4 tsp
Chilli powder – 1/2 tbsp (kashmiri chilli + normal chilli)
Coriander powder – 1/2 tbsp
Lemon juice – 1 tsp
Coconut oil/ oil – 1 tbsp
Salt
Water – 1/2 cup ( 125 ml)

For making curry :

Shallots – 150 g
Onion – 1 ( medium size)
Crushed garlic – 1 tbsp
Crushed ginger – 1 tbsp
Coconut pieces – 3 tbsp
Tomato – 2 ( small)
Chilli powder – 1 tbsp ( kashmiri chilli + normal chilli)
Coriander powder – 1 tbsp
Curry leaves
Hot water – 2 1/2 cup ( 625 ml)
Salt
Coconut oil / oil
Spices :
Fennel seeds – 1 1/2 tsp
Cinnamon – 1 ( small)
Cardamom – 4
Cloves – 5
Star anise – 1/2 piece
Marathi moggu – 1 ( small)( optional)
Kasakasa ( white poppyseed) – 1/2 tsp
