Ingredients:-
1 kg chicken
1 tsp ginger paste
1 tsp garlic paste
1 tsp green chilli paste
Salt to taste
2 tbsp char mogoj / musk melon seeds paste
12 cashew nuts paste
1 tsp+1/2 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder
1 big onion paste
1/2 cup curd
1/2 tsp garam masala powder
1/4 tsp black pepper powder
1 tsp kewra water
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1 cinnamon stick
2-3 cardamoms
5-6 black pepper corns
4 cloves
1/2 cup water
1/4 tsp sugar ( optional)
1 tbsp+1tbsp ghee / clarified butter
1 tbsp oil
3 dried red chilli
