Then in another add egg yolks and full egg. Mix well and add to the flour mixture. Now in a bowl add egg whites and caster sugar. Make meringue and add to the flour mixture. Then divide the mixture, in the first section add cocoa powder and prepare a chocolate batter. Now grease 4x10 baking dish, pour the white batter first and then place the second layering of chocolate batter. Fold it with a skewer. Bake it in an oven at 180 c for about 20 minutes. Remove and allow it to cool. Then add the butter cream and roll it properly. Lastly dust the icing sugar, cut into pieces and serve. Whippy Whip Ice Cream: Ingredients Milk 1 kg Sugar 50 gm Condensed milk 50 gm Strawberry puree 300 gm Stabilizer powder ½ tsp Red color few drops Strawberry essence 2 drops Whippy whip cream 250 gm Method Cook milk and sugar together. Allow it to cool. Then add condensed milk and strawberry puree. Mix well. Now add little water in stabilizer powder and put it on the stove. Mix well. Then add this mixture into the milk mixture. Now add red color and strawberry essence and mix well. Then whip the cream and add it to the milk mixture. Beat properly again. Lastly freeze it for about 6-7 hours. Swiss Roll: Ingredients Eggs 4 Sugar 40 gm Vanilla essence few drops Flour 40 gm Corn flour 15 gm Method In a bowl mix beat eggs and sugar until fluffy. Then add vanilla essence, flour and corn flour. Fold properly. Now add this batter in 13x15 baking tray and bake it in an oven 180 c for about 12 minutes.
