EASY BAKED APPLE DUMPLINS
1 Roll Crescent Rolls
1 Granny Smith Apple, peeled and sliced into 8 slices
1 Stick Butter
3/4 Cup Brown Sugar
1/2 Can Mountain Dew
1/2 Tsp. Cinnamon
1/2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
Vanilla Ice Cream for Serving
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 8x8 baking dish. Roll each slice of apple in 1 piece of crescent dough. Place in baking dish. Mix together melted butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, & vanilla extract. Pour directly over top of crescents. Next, pour Mountain Dew all around each crescent and around edges. Bake for 30-45 minutes until golden brown. ***I only baked about 28 minutes*** Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
