There’s something about a crispy skinned potato with a fluffy, pillowy interior that we just can’t get enough of. Well today I’m going to show you how to make this amazing Chicken Stuffed Loaded Baked Potato extremely loaded with juicy chicken bites and a creamy sauce them top of with four Mexican cheese. Ingredients!
Two russet potatoes ( oil, salt)
1 chicken breast
1/2 cup bell peppers
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 garlic cloves he
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 tablespoon complete seasoning
1 teaspoon French seasoning mix
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1/2 cup for Mexican cheese
16 oz. four Mexican cheese (didvided)
1 cup heavy cream
4 tbsps. butter
1/2 cup heavy cream
Bake for 1 hour and 30 minutes on 400 degrees
