The biscuit and cream cake is a very fast dessert without cooking. A really easy cookies recipe to prepare without oven and in no time! With a few ingredients and the very common biscuits, the most famous rectangular dry biscuits consumed for breakfast by families, you will get a delicious cake, soft and creamy and beautiful to look at, which will make you look good!
Preparation :
Take a 20 cm pan and let’s lay our dry biscuits on the sides and at the bottom.
Let’s prepare the cream by beating 2 eggs with vanilla, 50 g of sugar, 40 g of corn starch.
We add 500 ml of milk and 125 g of yogurt and mix well
When the cream is ready we put it in the shape of the cake and put everything in the fridge for 2 hours
For the second layer, mix well 200 ml of whipping cream and 100 g of dark chocolate
We pour over the cake and put it back in the fridge for another 3 hours.
