soy sauce 1 tbsp
white vinegar 1 tsp
salt 1/4 tsp
black pepper 1/4 tsp
white pepper 1/4 tsp
sugar 1 tsp
chinese salt 1/2 tsp
red chilli powder 1/4 tsp
for shashlik gravy:
oil 1,1/2 tbsp
capsicum 1/2 cup
onion 1/2 cup
corn starch 1 tbsp
water 1/4 cup
