Whole chicken in the air fryer
In a small blender, mix together:
1 handful of coriander
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
¼ tsp curcuma
1 tsp paprika
1 tbsp of minced garlic
1 onion cut in quarters
3 tbsp olive oil
Blend until smooth.
Massage the marinate onto the chicken, really getting everywhere, marinating every little piece of the chicken.
Place the whole chicken in the air fryer for 30 minutes at 180 breast side up.
Then turn the chicken around and air fry for another 30 minutes breast side down.
Let the chicken rest for a couple of minutes before you cut it.
