Hey Y'all, welcome back for the last What's for Dinner of November 2019! This week will be full of cooking and prepping for Thanksgiving and I will be sharing that meal with you later in the week. My Version
1/2 pound jumbo shell cooked to al dente
1 pound ground beef
1 pack taco seasoning
1 cup water
1/4 block cream cheese
1 can Rotel®
1 cup crushed tomatoes
2 cups mexican blend cheese
black olives ( optional)
TOPPINGS
Sour cream, cilantro , green onions, etc ( only limited to your imagination)
