Additionally, pineapple contains the enzyme bromelain, a potent anti-inflammatory and cancer fighter. Both pineapple and chia seeds are high in fiber, with chia also being high in Omega-3s and calcium. When you add in half an avocado and coconut flakes, you get a sweet, creamy smoothie with tons of fiber to keep you full and satisfied all day long!
