Take the chicken pieces in a bowl. Add salt, chilli powder, pepper powder, cumin powder, Italian seasoning, ginger garlic paste, lemon juice and oil to it. 2. Mix them all together to make sure the chicken is fully coated and let it marinate for about 30 mins. For coating 3. Mix corn flour and maida with water in a bowl and keep aside. For the walnut crust 4. To a mixer jar, add bread pieces, California Walnuts, salt, pepper powder, Italian seasoning and chilli flakes. 5. Pulse the ingredients to a coarse mixture. Keep it aside. For making the Walnut Chicken Tenders 6. Now dip the marinated chicken pieces into the corn flour slurry, one by one and coat them with the walnut bread crumb mixture. 7. Follow the same procedure for all marinated chicken pieces and keep them aside. 8. Pour oil for deep frying in a pan and heat it. 9. Once the oil is heated up, gently drop in the coated chicken pieces and fry them on a medium-low flame. 10. Keep flipping the chicken pieces to make sure they are fried perfectly on all sides. 11. Fry them until they are golden brown in color and then remove them from the pan. 12. Walnut Chicken Tenders are ready to be served hot and nice with some Spicy Mayonnaise, Sweet Chilli Sauce and Tomato Ketchup.
