Here's the recipe:
VODKA WATERMELON COOLER
1 oz. (30ml) Vodka
1 oz. (30ml) Melon Liqueur
1/2 oz. (15ml) Lime Juice
Splash Honey
Watermelon Cubes
Mint Leaves
PREPARATION
1. In a blender combine watermelon, lime juice and honey. Blend until pureed then pour through a strainer to remove excess pulp and seeds. Add vodka, stir to combine and set aside.
2. Fill serving glass with ice and slowly pour melon liqueur into base of glass. Gently layer watermelon mix on top.
3. Garnish with mint leaves and small watermelon wedge. Enjoy responsibly!
