Ingredients: -Vermicelli 100 gm ( sawaiyan ) -Butter 2 tbsp -Milk powder 2 tbsp -Chopped almonds 2 tbsp ( Badam ) -Condensed milk 1/2 cup -Desiccated coconut 2 tbsp ( Nariyal ) - Pistachios powder for garnishing Direction For Cooking : -In a bowl add vermicelli and break into small pieces. -In a pan add butter let it melts then add vermicelli. -Roast vermicelli for 2 mins on low flame. -Add milk powder , chopped almonds , desiccated coconut , saute for 2 mins then add condensed milk mix well. -Cook for 4 -5 mins on low flame until vermicelli separates pan. -Take mini bowls or saucer grease these bowl with oil or butter them add vermicelli mixture press gently. -Remove the bites carefully and garnish with pistachios powder.
