Healthy breakfast smoothie for those with PCOS. Ingredients: handful of kale and spinach leaves 1 kiwi fruit, chopped 1/4 cucumber, chopped 1 celery stick, chopped 1 cup mixed berries 150-200ml water Enjoy! :)
