Vegetables for Eye Health with Smoothie Recipe


Garden Fresh Smoothie 1 cup fresh or canned tomatoes 1 cup fresh spinach 1/4 cup bell pepper, chopped 1/4 cup carrots, chopped 1 tbsp red onion, chopped 1 cup ice 1/8 tsp hot pepper sauce 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce dash of salt Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until it reaches desired consistency. Garnish with a stalk of celery and sprig of parsley. Serve immediately and enjoy! This recipe is adapted from the VitaMix Garden Fresh Smoothie recipe.
