RECIPE:
- 2 cups cashew milk (or milk of choice)
- 2 Tbsp cocoa powder
- 2 Tbs coconut sugar (or sweeter of choice)
- 2 Tbsp chocolate chips (or more if you want haha)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp peppermint extract (can omit for plain hot chocolate)
- 1 tsp instant coffee (doesn't make it taste like coffee!)
- pinch of salt
Directions: warm all ingredients except the chocolate chips until they are steaming, then add in the chocolate chips. Mix to melt everything together and pull off of the burner. Allow to cool for a couple of minutes before serving.

- coconut whipped cream
- shaved chocolate
- candy cane
- chocolate syrup
