I found this recipe on Pinterest/YouTube to give it a try 🙂 I will put the link if you want the ingredients exactly used on it… it’s a fairly open recipe as far as the seasonings .. Spice it up to your liking 🙂 I hope you enjoy this simple fast video ! (I did not show the oil and veggie stock added as well so don’t forget that !!!!!!! I rushed on video haha )

The texture is lighter and bouncer than actual beef so I recommend cooking it with something that involves sauce or maybe adding black beans to it to make veggie burgers 🙂
