Vanilla cupcake recipe (makes 24 cupcakes)
Bake at 350 F for 15-18 minutes
1 stick of butter (8 Tbsp)
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1-1/2 cup granulated sugar
1-1/2 cup butter milk
4 large eggs
4 tsp vanilla essence or extract
3-1/2 cup all purpose flour
4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
Icing (vanilla) – for 12 cupcakes
2 sticks of butter
3 cups of confectionery sugar
2 Tbsp milk
The other 12 cupcakes, I used to make cake pops
Kids can bake too with adult supervision
