Turkish Pilaf ??| Traditional Turkish Rice Recipe | Chicken


A few tips to keep in mind: 1. Always use a wide - based cooking pan to make rice. 2. Use non-stick pan. 3. Chicken stock cubes can be replaced by two cups of chicken/meat stock. 4. Adjust salt accordingly. Ingredients: 1/2 Kg Sella rice 1/2 cup oil 2 cups boneless chicken (cut into small cubes) 1 cup vermicelli 2 star anise seeds 1 teaspoon paprika powder 1/2 teaspoon salt 2 cups boiled chickpeas 2 chicken stock cubes 1 teaspoon All-spice powder 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder 1 tablespoon of butter half a cup unsalted peanuts Half a cup raisins
