Alyena will show you how to make this delicious tropical smoothie recipe layered with a chia seed pudding. This summer smoothie recipe is super delicious and refreshing on a hot summer day!
Tropical Smoothie Recipe:
1 frozen banana
Add ice if you use a non frozen banana
1 HEAPING cup of frozen pineapple
1 cup of mango or 1 large mango
1/4 cup coconut flakes
1 1/2 cups of coconut milk
Blend all together.
Chia Seed Pudding
2 Tbsps of Chia Seeds
1/4 cup of almond milk
Let sit in your fridge for at least 1/2 an hour.
Fill glass half way with the tropical smoothie then add chia seed pudding then finish with more smoothie.
