In this video I’m fixing a tropical fruit salad where I use a can of crushed pineapple and cream of coconut instant pudding mix to create a fruit salad. Recipe:
1 20oz can of crushed pineapple
1 package of cream of coconut pudding
1 cup of milk
1 cup of chopped pecans
1.5 cups of chopped strawberries
Blackberries to garnish
1 banana chopped drizzle with lime or lemon juice
8 oz of whipped cream(whipped) or 1 8 oz frozen whipped topping
1/2 cup of coconut
1/4 cup toasted coconut
Any additional fruit of your choice
