It is traditional & authentic, delicious & yummy " MUGHLAI CHICKEN LABABDAR " OR " CHICKEN LABABDAR RECIPE "
For Marination (60 mins), of "Mughlai Chicken Lababdar" or "Chicken Lababdar Recipe" the following ingredients are needed :
1. Chicken - 750 gm
2. Yogurt - 4 Tbsp
3. Salt
4. Cumin Powder - 1 Tsp
5. Red Chilli Powder - 1 Tsp
6. Turmeric Powder - 1/2 Tsp
For Cooking, of "Mughlai Chicken Lababdar" or "Chicken Lababdar Recipe"
the following ingredients are needed :
1. Onion - 2 big size
2. Ginger
3. Garlic
4. Green Chilli
5. Cashew Nuts
6. Bay leaves
7. Black Peppercorns
8. Mace
9. Large Cardamom
10. Green Cardamom
11. Cloves
12. Cinnamon
13. Oil
14. 1 big size grated Tomato
15. Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder - 2 Tsp
16. Coriander Powder - 1/2 Tsp
17. Garam Masala Powder - 1/2 Tsp
18. Kasuri Methi
19. Salt
You can eat this "Mughlai Chicken Lababdar" or "Chicken Lababdar Recipe" with Chapati, Paratha, Lachha Paratha, ect.
