In this video, I will show you how to make tomato chicken
Ingredients & Method:
In a pan heat oil, add chicken pieces and fry, add 3 medium size tomatoes, salt to taste and cook till the tomatoes become mushy, try to remove the skin, add 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste, cook in medium flame, add 1 tsp turmeric powder, 1tsp coriander powder, 1tsp cumin power, 1 tsp kashmiri Red chili powder, mix all the spices well, 1 tsp roasted cumin, fennel (saunf) and dry red chili powder, and cook well, sugar to taste, pour 1/2 cup of water and cover with lead, cook for 10 mins in low medium flame, add 1/2tsp garam masala powder and fresh cream, switch off the flame cover it for 5 mins,
Tomato chicken is ready to serve
