This Tri Tip Steak came out far better then I could have possible imagined!! 10/10 will make again!
Spice mix
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp coriander
1/2 tsp fennel
1 tsp pepper
6 Arbol chiles
1 tbsp rosemary salt
Marinade
3 cloves garlic
1 thumb size turmeric root
1 thumb size ginger root
2 1/2 tbsp molasses
