Use my link and get the best deals of the year! https://madein.cc/1125-claire These 7 Layer Bars Are My New Favorite Holiday Dessert | Claire Saffitz Today I am making my 7 Layer Holiday Bars, a chewy, crunchy, sweet, and tart dessert that starts with a crisp Biscoff cookie crust and builds into layers of fresh cranberries, crystallized ginger, walnuts, oats, coconut, and sweetened condensed milk. This is one of my favorite easy holiday baking recipes for Christmas, Thanksgiving, cookie swaps, or any winter gathering because everything comes together in one pan with very little prep. These 7 Layer Holiday Bars have a crisp bottom layer, a soft and gooey center, and a toasted coconut top that turns golden as it bakes. The flavor is balanced with bright cranberries, warm cinnamon, and the spice from crystallized ginger. They make great gifts, travel well, and are easy to cut and serve for parties. I am baking the entire recipe in the Made In 9 x 13 Baking Slab, which has become the pan I reach for when I want even browning, clean slices, and consistent results.
