Oil for cooking
A lot of garlic, minced
8 cups 1 day old rice
12 oz mix of peas & carrots
1 can of corn, drained (15 oz)
4 eggs
3 TBSP soy sauce
1 TBSP chicken bouillon

1. Chop and cook Chinese sausages on a skillet with some oil. These cook fast so keep an eye on them.
2. Next, season your shrimp with salt, black pepper, garlic powder & paprika. Then cook in a pan with some olive oil and remove from heat.
3. In the same pan, cook your garlic until it’s fragrant.
4. Then add your 1 day old rice and combine well.
5. Then add your veggie of choice. Combine well. And then create a well in the center of your rice.
6. Crack 4 eggs in the center of your rice and cook to scramble.
7. Once eggs scrambled, combine it with your rice and then add your Chinese sausages back in. Season with soy sauce, chicken boullion and sugar.
8. Taste test your rice. If it’s good to go, drizzle with some sesame oil and combine well.
9. Then top with cooked shrimp, chopped scallion and black pepper.
10. Enjoy
