Ingredients:
500 g Chicken Thighs Fillet (cut and washed)
First Marinade: 10 minutes
1 Teaspoon Ginger Garlic paste
Second Marinade: 3-4 hours
1 tbsp Mustard Oil
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp Kashmiri red chili powder
1tsp Kasuri Meti (dried fenugreek)
Salt and pepper
2 tbsp yogurt
Lemon juice
Garnish with butter and chaat masala powder for additional flavour
